Can you hold a place before I apply?
Our rental homes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants with a completed application and required fees. If you find a property you love, we recommend applying right away to secure it.Do I need to pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent along with my security deposit?
Move-in costs vary by property. In most cases, you’ll need to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit before moving in. Some homes may also require last month’s rent.How old do you have to be to apply?

Yes. Security deposits are refundable provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and all lease terms are met. Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, damages, or cleaning fees as allowed by law.Who needs a cosigner?

We handle routine maintenance and repairs as part of our management services. Tenants are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse. Please submit all maintenance requests through the proper channels as soon as an issue arises.
